Old and tired. Very 'creative' photography of the rooms. Staff handed out key for my room to another guest who entered my room whilst I was in bed ….. not good !!

Im really sorry there was a mix up with room allocation. I will definately be discussing this with the team.

This hotel has a lovely seaside setting and gardens. There is loads of outdoor space and activities for kids. The rooms are dated and furniture is stained. The walls between rooms are thin such that neighbour's regular volume conversations can be heard. Most staff were efficient and helpful.
