The property itself is excellent, with well-maintained facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. However, I was deeply disappointed by the hotel’s inflexible policy regarding unforeseen travel disruptions. Due to weather-related flight cancellations beyond our control, we had to depart a night earlier than planned. Despite explaining the circumstances, the hotel declined to refund the unused night. While I understand that policies are in place for a reason, a more empathetic and customer-focused approach would have gone a long way in this situation.

Excellent property with an amazing restaurant. Lovely rooms with a patio & hammock to relax. A nice little pool and a playground for kids to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again. Great location with a short drive to America’s #1 rated beach, Cooper’s Beach. The hotel offers discounted day pass to some other beaches as well - do check it out!

We had an amazing stay at the Hampton Maid! Our suite was modern, clean, and comfy. We ate breakfast at the restaurant every morning and it was delicious. We also had dinner at R.AIRE one evening and it was also wonderful. Chef came and spoke to us. All staff were so nice and friendly. The grounds are lovely as well. The location is also a great base for exploring both the North and South forks. Highly recommend!

Awesome place. The new rooms they built were beautifully designed and super comfortable. The restaurant is fantastic with very warm service. They were able to accommodate a large famijy gathering for breakfast in the garden with an hours notice. Super helpful
