Elevated on High Road, this property has some of the best bay and ocean views in Southampton. Conveniently located just West of the Village, this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom two story home is in excellent condition and has a very private backyard with newly heated pool and brick patio surround as well as brand new Weber Grill.
The Master Suite is very bright and private occupying the upper floor with walk in closet and a deck that leads outside to expansive bay and ocean views. On the main floor there is a double living room with a fireplace, dining area, open kitchen that is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a bath ensuite and the 2 smaller bedrooms share a bathroom. Each room has its own AC and heating unit. Downstairs you will find a comfortable den that can be used for lounging and the downstairs has its own full bathroom. With close proximity to the bay and access just down the road, bring your kayak or paddle board and enjoy all that the Hamptons has to offer.
