Great room, very clean, fully as advertised. Host was very clear and professional with communication. Some difficulty in accessing the property, ideally would have received a TV guide / setup instructions.

Good location with great view of the college directly across the channel. Weather was a bit chilly so didn't use the kayaks like we planned, but did use the game room and hot tub.

Great Location, Beautiful Apartment
Really nice property. Great location right on the snowmobile trails in the winter, and right on the water for the summer. The game room is a fun addition as is the hot tub sauna area. Everything was very clean, and we had everything we needed for the stay. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is the quality of the mattress. We're admittedly a little spoiled/picky in this area, but a better mattress would have elevated the stay for us.

Grest Find!
Visited our daughter at MTU a snowy, chilly weekend in Feb. The game room was great entertainment for everyone in the family and the hot tub was a hit after skiing. The provided coffee was a nice surprise too

Hancock Quaint Stay
A nice location for Ice Festival. Hot tube and Sauna great. Our place was a one bedroom with apartment feel. We had everything we needed but it was simple. No dishwasher, but we ate out a lot! We got to see fireworks from our window!
