poorest service ever

asked for taxy at night during check in. no taxi arranged until next morning for airport. room had no ac. had to changed the room where fresh air cooled the room somewhat. pitch dark in hallways to walk. cannot see in front of u. had to turn phone light to see in front of . English speaking not good at desk.

Be Warned!

Beware. This hotel is an average of forty five minutes from the city. We had to pay about fifty US dollars for a taxi and then were unable to get a taxi out of there and had to hire a private car, which the hotel was able to book for us. We stayed one day and got the heck our of there. The staff were unable to communicate in English very well. It was a disaster. A wasted day and a hundred dollar mistake.
