Convenient location - great design

This is a great place to stay. Convenient from the A2 but also close to shops and the U-Bahn to explore Hannover from. We loved the design of the hotel with open spaces in the courtyard and friendly helpful staff. Downsides: the bed wasn't that comfortable and when it rained heavily we woke up with soaking carpets (although it wasn't clear where the leak was). The A2 is also very noisy and despite the convenience of it, there's no getting away from the roar of traffic.

We never received reservation number on the email or on the app to check in after 10pm and were left outside in the cold in the middle of the night. We had to pay again for the same night which cost us lots of money. Had a chat online to complain but no action taken so far. Pro: price, close to autobahn, free parking!! Cons: lot of noise. First night the fire alarm sent off. second night one of my neighbours made a lot of noice, humping, bunping, banking. Small, and the door into shower stopper ad 45 degrees, coulndt be open completely, stopper by the sink! A stupid solution. Also, access to rooms was in an open atrium, that meand that of you want to go to breakfast during winter, you have to be fully clothed, because youre on the outside as soon ad you open the door…stupid.

Sehr sauber, nettes Personal, sehr bequeme Betten, tolles Frühstück. Das Bad ist nur leider sehr klein. Zwischen Toilette und Wand/Tür ist sehr wenig Platz. Und die Wände sind recht hellhörig. Man konnte beinahe jedes Wort der Gäste im Nebenzimmer verstehen bei normaler Lautstärke. Aber insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Zimmer sind sauber, das Badezimmer ist jedoch sehr klein. Eigentlich sind B&B-Hotels meine erste Wahl, da ich das Konzept sehr gut finde. In keinem der bisher von mir besuchten B&B-Hotels hatte ich jedoch ein so schlechtes Frühstück: keine Butter, die Eier waren roh, Kaffeeprodukte waren an der Maschine nur teilweise verfügbar und es gab lediglich weiße Brötchen und Laugenbrötchen zur Auswahl. Dieses B&B-Hotel würde ich daher nicht empfehlen.
