Comfortable and convenient

Stayed here for one night for a flying visit to Hannover. The room was very comfortable with a nice modern ensuite and good air conditioning. Nice and clean in the room and the public spaces that we saw (we didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment on that). The location was very convenient with a U-bahn stop right outside the hotel that got us into the city centre in about 10 or 15 minutes. Very smooth checking in and checking out with friendly, helpful staff. I would definitely return and wouod recommend this as a good place to visit Hannover from.

Unreasonable Hospitality

We received outstanding customer service, particularly from the manager who was working double shifts. He began the days with breakfast service and was still there when we returned late in the evening. All smiles - and a fantastic attitude.

Decent hotel for Hanover

The hotel room was decent. Felt a little outdated. We did not like that the windows could not be opened (it got a little too warm at night to sleep), the pillows were way too soft and the shower curtain was black making the shower area in the tub pretty dark as the only light in the bathroom was over the sink. And by the way the soap dispenser at the sink was empty so there was no soap for washing hands. We also found the WiFi in the room a little weak. If you wanted to park in the hotel’s garage it costs 9.50€ per day but you could park for free on the streets. The hotel is a little distance from the city center and main attractions but there is a train station right outside and is otherwise a peaceful rest place for the night.
