Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig. Der Teppich im Schlafzimmer müsste dringend erneuert werden. Wir würden Jederzeit gerne wieder die Wohnung nehmen. Von da aus kann man gut mit den Radtouren beginnen

Geräumige Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung überzeugt mit viel Platz und einer guten Ausstattung. Sie wirkt insgesamt gepflegt, allerdings gibt es bei der Sauberkeit einige kleinere Schwächen: Die Dusche weist starke Kalkablagerungen auf und der Teppich im Schlafzimmer benötigt eine gründliche Reinigung. Besonders negativ fiel der ungepflegte Außenbereich auf – das gemütliche Verweilen auf der Terrasse, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, war leider nicht möglich.Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt betrifft die Sauberkeit im Wohnbereich, welche dem Vermieter sicher nicht aufgefallen waren: Auf der Couch fanden wir zahlreiche weiße Hundehaare, die an der Kleidung haften blieben. Hier wäre ein Hinweis in der Anzeige sinnvoll, dass Hunde nicht auf Couch oder Bett dürfen – was eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte, auch einige Leichtmittel müssten einmal geprüft werden.Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral: Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten in Steinhude, einem netten Städtchen mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Verweilen. Für Hundebesitzer gibt es schöne Spazierwege im nahen Wald, allerdings ist der Hundestrand am Steinhuder Meer sehr klein und wenig empfehlenswert.Trotz der genannten Mängel hatten wir einen schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert – auf unsere kurzfristige Anfrage zur Garage wurde sofort reagiert. Die genannten Punkte lassen sich sicher leicht beheben, sodass zukünftige Gäste sich noch wohler fühlen können.

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt in toller FeWo zum Jahreswechsel mit Hund

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Unser kleiner Familienhund hat sich sofort eingewöhnt. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt gesorgt. Ein Discounter (Penny), ein Bäckershop und ein empfehlenswertes griechisches Restaurant waren fußläufig nach kurzer Wegstrecke erreichbar (ca. 350 Meter). Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war per FeWo-App und telefonisch sehr nett. Die Umgebung ums Steinhuder Meer war saisonal sehr ruhig. Die Erkundungstouren mit Hund haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine ideale Lage, um von dort mit dem Fahrrad zu starten. Die Abstellmöglichkeit in der Garage für die Fahrräder ist perfekt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, nur das Schlafzimmer müsste mal renoviert werden.

Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit eingezäunter Terrasse. Es fehlte an nichts, wir und unser Hund haben den Kurzurlaub sehr genossen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurant nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Das Steinhuder Meer ist mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten erreicht. Definitiv ein empfehlenswertes Objekt, wir können uns gut vorstellen, nochmal dort zu buchen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft und genau so, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und im Inserat beschrieben. Das Bad ist schön groß und bietet Platz für sämtliche Hygieneartikel und -utensilien. Wir haben uns nicht fremd, sondern wie zuhause gefühlt. Der nahe gelegene Wald ist ideal für Gassirunden mit unserer kleinen Hündin gewesen. Auch die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Absprachen mit Frau Duwe haben wunderbar funktioniert. Mit dieser Wohnung macht man nichts falsch. :-)

Ruhe und Erholung nahe des Steinhuder Meeres

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist bestens ausgestattet. Check in funktionierte reibungslos und Frau Duwe war immer für uns erreichbar. Ausflüge ins Umland, egal ob zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder dem Auto sind optimal. Man kann mit dem Rad super ums Steinhuder Meer fahren. Der Sonnenuntergang am Meer ist traumhaft. Wir können Urlaub hier nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Die FeWo ist bestens ausgestattet. Gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr geräumig, viele Schränke, alle Utensilien vorhanden. Matratzen bestens. Selbst für den Hund sind Kissen, Näpfe und mehr vorhanden - vorbildlich. Die Küche ist ein Traum, da macht es Spaß zu kochen. Ausgestattet mit Marken-E-Geräten, sehr groß und komfortabel. Der urbane Garten mit Teich und überdachter Terrasse ist toll zum draußen sitzen. Er ist nicht einsichtig und voll eingezäunt, so dass Kinder und Hunde sich unbeaufsichtigt im Garten aufhalten können. Die Vermieterin ist zuverlässig, sympathisch, hilfsbereit und persönlich zu erreichen. Vom Domizil ist es nicht weit zum Steinhuder Meer und alle anderen Ziele dieser Region sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Darüber hinaus sind fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten ein Supermarkt, ein Bäcker, ein Metzger und ein tolles griechisches Restaurant (Amphora) erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet, das ist auch sehr angenehm. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert! Sven und Dörte. T.

Steinhuder Meer

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, sie hat eine Terasse, und wir bekamen eine Garage zur Verfügung gestellt, um unsere E-Bikes unterzustellen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. In der Küche steht eigentlich alles zur Verfügung, was man so braucht. Als wir dort waren (10.-13.März), war das Wetter leider nicht so schön. Trozdem sind wir mit dem Rad gefahren. Die Gegend ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich weiter zu empfehlen.
