Good hotel with good breakfast. Room good size and clean. Room facing the countyside so very quiet. Close to the autobahn for a stop over. Restaurant was good, but don’t like that you must choose at least 5% tip. If you’re so confinced of your excellent service then let the customer decide if it is that. Missing information about the hotel’s sauna/wellness area at check-in.

Nice country side hotel

This is the first time staying at this hotel rooms were amazing the moment your arrive the staff are great to with no issue apart from with being in Germany it would be nice to have a kettle andsome tea coffee and may be some water like most British people a nice cuper help your day get better .

Staff lacking friendliness. Balcony to be shared with neighbour without notification or any kind of separation outside. Was locked out of my room once late in the evening after key card had not been re- activated after I previously made sure my extension had been recognised at reception twice ( sincerity received no confirmation email). Had to call an emergency number who opened the door. No apology st the reception the next morning, only after I asked for one. Hotel could have had a great review from me, was it not for this occasion, the handling of it and variety of staff attitude ( from very nice to arrogant). Breakfast was average with the same for my entire stay, tables often not set up properly. I stayed for 11 days and not sure I would stay here again. The children‘s playground, once done with love and great skill, is neglected. However, great buildings, animals around and a wonderful setting. Pity about some staff.

Nej, morgenmaden var under al kritik, vi havde forventet at få en morgenmadsbuffet som man normalt får,-men vi fik kun serveret 2 halvkedelige rundstykker, ingen rugbrød, blødkogte æg eller juice.så var der lidt kedelig ost, kødpølse, spegepølse og nogle skiver tomat og agurker. Ingen marmelade. Det var alt. Værelset og restauranten samt personalet var helt perfekt,

Dårligt værelse.

Totalt falsk billede ifht værelset vi fik. Billedet viste et moderne værelse med bruseniche som var vigtigt for os. Værelset vi fik var med gammeldags og med badekar som føltes farligt at stige op i, da der ikke var noget at gribe fat i. Sengen var stenhård med store tunge dyner, ingen aircondition og med 30 graders varme var det ikke rart. Værelset var på 2. sal og elevatoren var under renovering. Kunne ikke nå at klage over værelset da vi ankom kort før kl. 16 og både reception og restaurant lukkede kl. 16. Omgivelserne var rigtigt fine.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Ich bin mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück blieben keine Wünsche offen. Man kann von dort aus schön spazieren gehen, liegt aber auch verkehrsgünstig. Die Bushaltestelle liegt ganz nahe beim Hotel.

Zimmer waren sauber und Ausstattung der Zimmer gut. Die gute Seele Sauberfee von unserer Etage war wohl die netteste von allen. Das Service-Personal morgens sehr faulfaul und gestresst, am Empfang war es dann wieder etwas besser es wurden unsere Kundenwünsche umgesetzt, mehrere Zimmer auf einer Etage und das uns ein Taxi geordert wurde. Die Sauberkeit vom Gastraum lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, da sollte das Servicepersonal drauf achten, das die Brötchenkrümmel / Spinnweben auf den Fensterbänke entfernt werden. Ich denke das dort ein sehr angespanntes Betriebs- und Arbeitsklima herrscht und die Angestellten deshalb so kurz angebunden sind. Wir hatten aber trotzdem ein paar schöne Tage.
