Affordable, Clean, Great Staff and Convenient

This hotel chain is always a good option for a one night stay, especially if you are in town for a concert or if you need an affordable overnight stay near an airport for an early morning flight. Always clean and well staffed, the Hannover location did not disappoint in any way. They even kept the bar open very late for all of the Guests that had attended the Pink concert, which was appreciated! The neighborhood is not the best, but the tram station is literally a block away.

Convenient location, not noisy considering the busy street in front of the hotel. Mostly clean but I found a few hair in the bathroom. In total it’s good for a short stay.

A nice and basic accommodation suitable for business travellers on a short stay. It is located a short tram ride away from the Hanover Main Station, with restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay there, with no issues!

100 per cent.

I was staying with a group of colleagues visiting fire departments in the Hannover area and the hotel was ideally situated just north of the city and almost next to a tram station. I found the staff extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast excellent and the room very comfortable. I would be hard pressed to find any fault with my stay and I will certainly go back to the hotel the next time that I am in Hannover. I'll give it 100 per cent.

This was my first time I use Ibis hotel. Clean and basic. Friendly staff. Overall good stay. I booked room for 3 people - 2 adults + 1 child with breakfast included. NOT HAPPY at check out when we have been asked for extra pay for child breakfast 5.50 euro. It wasn't mention before at any point (when we booked or when we check in). Answer was that we had some kind of room where only two people can have breakfast - don't get it!!! We had 3 beds in room, but breakfast for 2? - dunno! And we paid for bowl of cereals and cup of tea €5.50. (maybe some children eat more, but it not the case)

Pleasant Stay

I spent five nights at Ibis during a trade fair. the hotel is not luxurious but offers clean rooms and an adequate breakfast. it is also well located. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it for the business traveller.

Clean hotel. But they don't provide any water at all. No bottled water in the room. Nothing .
