Great hotel

Spacious rooms. Bathroom was very nice with rain shower and separate toilet. Room did not have AC but sufficient heating and a balcony door could be fully opened to let fresh air in. Parking was available directly in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had to be picked up at the reception, which can be quite a lot to carry. The food was good though. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Nice hotel BUT.....

Really enjoyed our nights stay here everything was of a high standard, the room was very spacious and had very comfy beds (twin bed room) in a nice quiet area with plenty of freeparking spaces outside so no need to pay to park in the underground paid parking. But I must say for all the quality at the hotel it was slightly disappointing that the room didn't have tea and coffee facilities in the room and also no free WiFi either... Fix this and everything would be fantastic.

The Mercure at Entenfang feels more like a business hotel and is not near the town center. We had excellent service at the hotel. We needed a shuttle bus for a large family gathering and they always had one ready. Also needed a projector last minute and they had one ready waiting for us. Very helpful if you need extra services.

Excellent hotel with superb staff

Myself and family visited this hotel from England whilst attending my sons wedding, the staff were extremely polite and helpful at all times. The rooms were exceptionally cleaned and well maintained, we didn't get to use all the facilities in the hotel but everything we did use was well maintained and clean.
