Wir waren nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Und wir würden es nicht noch mal buchen. Das Personal scheint mir keine Erfahrungen zu haben. Es kommt einem so vor, als ob es junge Leute sind, die nebenbei jobben. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Das schlimmste für mich war jedoch, dass die Badezimmertür nachdem duschen nicht mehr aufging. Es hat ewig gedauert bis jemand ans Telefon gegangen ist, der Mitarbeiter hatte keine Ahnung und wusste nicht, was er machen sollte. Für jemanden mit Platzangst, ist das alles andere als witzig. Ich war ca. 45 Minuten eingesperrt, mein Freund hatte dann eine Idee wie man die Tür öffnen konnte. Denn der Mitarbeiter hatte null Plan. Diese Situation kann für manche sehr gefährlich werden. Eine Entgegenkommen wie ein gratis Frühstück oder Ähnliches, gab es nicht. Kundenservice sucht man hier vergebens.

Hidden Gem

First two rooms had issues with them, and that’s a testament to Pedro that he made sure we had a good stay and found us a third room! Honestly, it’s said to be near sketchy area. That’s not true. If you have kids, there’s an amazing trampoline park downstairs. And you’re about a 15 minute walk from the central train station that goes around the country. Hotel had amazing shower, good air system, balanced mood lighting and quiet windows. I didn’t have the breakfast as hotel is a short walk from a number of high street locations, but yes, Pedro will sort you out.

Customer Service could be more friendly. Cleaner opened my room on day 2 without knocking. On realising I was in bed, they shut the door and went off without an apology. On waking up five hours later to walk into the city, I realised the door was actually open; it had not even been properly shut by the cleaner when they walked off.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. The bathroom in my room was small but well appointed. The room was fine for me, as I was travelling alone. 2 people might have found it slightly cramped.

I would consider this a three star hotel. Clean and functual. The room is way too small for two people and the location is a little out of the way. Breakfast was well prepared, however it was average.

Die Lage ist ziemlich Zentral und auch die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe des Hotel waren preislich super. Leider ist das Hotel mit der hinterlegten Adresse nicht direkt zu finden wenn man die Gegend nicht kennt und unser Zimmer war sehr klein für 2 Person

The hotel was conveniant as a overnight stop during our travel. The receptioninst who were from spain was really helpful and gave us all the information we needed. We parked the car in the same street as a gym and it was free for our overnight stay. The only thing that could be better was the towels and sheets, found some hairs in both. But otherwise a clean hotel.

Die Zimmer sind recht klein, das hat uns aber für 2 Nächte nicht gestört (es gibt auch keine Schränke oder Regale). Es war alles sauber und auch das Frühstück morgens war für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben sogar eine Abstellmöglichkeit für unsere 2 E-Bikes bekommen. In 20 Minuten war man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden auch noch einmal buchen.
