My stay at this hotel was enjoyable from start to finish. The employees were welcoming, the room was spotless, and the location was perfect for getting around the city. I was also impressed by the breakfast, which offered a nice variety of choices. The only minor drawback was the occasional slow Wi-Fi, but it wasn’t serious enough to affect my overall experience. All in all, I’d happily return in the future.

We arrived at Hanoi at the hotel location. Okay we forgot to contact 24 hours in advance, but we contacted when we were at the location of the hotel. The first message was to provide our passport. After we send a copy of our passport we got a message that our reservation was cancelled due to a sudden power outage in the building and they could not host us. I am still waiting on a reply on my last question and never heart of them. But why first ask for our passport? THIS PLACE FEELS LIKE A SCAM, don’t book it! Specially when I read the German review stating that his reservation was cancelled due to water damage. And days later it’s a power outage. We both received the reply after sending our passports, so this doesn’t seem right. DONT BOOK IT AN PLEASE DONT SEND A COPY OF YOUR PASSPORT!!!!

Sehr unprofessionell - ich hatte am Vortag (aber leider keine 24h vorher) wegen des Flughafentransfers angefragt und bis zur Landung in Vietnam 14h später immer noch keine Antwort erhalten. Auch auf weitere Nachrichten via Expedia wurde nicht reagiert. Um Punkt 14Uhr (Check-In Zeit) erhielt ich eine WhatsApp Nachricht mit der Frage nach einem Foto meines Reisepasses. Das habe ich geschickt und erneut die Frage nach dem Transfer gestellt. Dies wurde ignoriert, stattdessen bekam ich die Nachricht, ich sei in ein anderes Hotel umquartiert worden (10-15min mit dem Auto von der ursprünglichen Adresse entfernt) wegen eines Wasserschadens. Nochmals meine Frage nach Transfer. Darauf bekam ich die Antwort, dieser sei inkludiert, wenn ich einen Ausflug über sie buchen würde und dann nur mit mindestens zwei Personen (ich reise alleine). Anrufe meinerseits zur schnelleren Klärung wurden weggedrückt! Zu diesem Zeitpunkt stand ich wegen der langen Antwortzeiten des Hotel schon eine Stunde wartend am Flughafen!!! Daraufhin habe ich Expedia eingeschaltet - dem Mitarbeitenden wurde dann gesagt, der Transfer sei nur inklusive, wenn man diesen 24h vorher anmeldet, und es gäbe keine Wasserschaden, ich sollte zur ursprünglichen Adresse kommen. In diesem Moment - mittlerweile war ich seit 1,5h am Diskutieren - habe ich mich mit der Unterkunft nicht mehr wohl gefühlt und mir ein zuverlässiges Hotel gesucht. Eine Rückerstattung habe ich nicht erhalten, obwohl Expedia angefragt hat. Keine Empfehlung!
