One of the best places to stay in Hanoi. Excellent budget friendly hotel. In the heart of the backpacking district. Rooms immaculate and comfortable, friendly helpful staff, nicely decorated. We stayed here twice on our trip to Vietnam- cancelling out of a crappy place a block away knowing going back to Bonjour D’an Nam would not disappoint!!

Bonjour D’an Nam was a wonderful hotel very near all the main attractions, Hoan Kiem Lake, Beer Street, markets etc Staff were lovely and really helpful, they even bought me a birthday cake for my room. It was hard to find a plug socket, but other than that it was a wonderful stay and we would definitley come back!
