When i walked in the receptionist, Trang, greeted me and made my check-in seamless& quick. When i asked about getting something to eat for the evening she informed me the hotel could order pizza and have it delivered. We had a slight language barrier, but she walked me through the menu & helped me order. When the order came she delivered it to my room. She also helped me forward money to a person from whom i had purchased gifts to take home. Her commitment to customer satisfaction was superb. The room was clean and almost sparkling. One of the best hotel accommodations i have had for a long time and at a very reasonable price. I would most definitely stay there again!

Great airport hotel

This is a great option for an overnight stay near the airport. Clean, well appointed rooms, close to the airport and very friendly staff. WiFi works well and breakfast is local food and delicious. They organized a transfer from and to the airport which was a bonus.

It’s a great and extremely inexpensive place to stay close to the airport. I used it as a day room after getting off a train from Sa Pa at 5:30 AM to relax before my late afternoon flight. The room was beautiful, nice hot shower, everything you’d need.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff are wonderful! They were very welcoming and did whatever they could to make our stay pleasant. The rooms were large and bright with comfortable beds. Would stay here again for sure!

We had a very pleasant stay at this charming little hotel near the airport. It’s a perfect choice if you have a long layover or an early flight and need a comfortable, convenient place to rest. The location is excellent—just a few minutes from the terminal—so there’s no stress about getting to or from the airport. While the hotel is small, it has a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are compact but thoughtfully arranged, clean, and well-maintained. It’s clear that the team has paid attention to the little details that help guests feel at home. Breakfast was simple but very enjoyable.It was just the right start to the day before heading back to the airport. Overall, this hotel is great for short stays. Beautiful new hotel. Super clean and not very loud at all. Could hardly even hear planes. Easy to catch a grab to airport for around 70,000. Totally recommend it!

The breakfast in the morning was made to order (you order from a menu of a few items). The check in and check out process was quick and easy. No complaints.

This hotel is great for it it's proximity to the airport, but to go into the more interesting parts of Hanoi it is a 30-40 minute Grab/Taxi ride. Our room was very spacious, clean, comfortable beds, and had everything we needed for a short stay. We only needed a room for one night before our flight so it fit our needs. If you are staying longer, I would probably book something nearer the Old Quarter. The breakfast was simple menu but delicious! They make it fresh for you which was nice.

Its a very clean hotel. The room was excellent. Large. Comfortable bed. Staff are friendly. Very close to the airport. No pool. This is somewhere to stay if youre just catching a flight and want to be close to the airport. Breakfast is included. But, i didnt have time to try it. I had an early flight.
