Shuttle to the hotel was quick and easy. Got checked in with no issues. Bedroom was huge for 3 people in the quiet room (plus a nice view of farm fields). Everything was nice and clean.

Very frekindly and efficient staff. Airport pick up and drop were on time and easy to set up by whatsapp. However, it would be better if it was a two-way pick yp and drop off. Breakfast was adequate. Hotel provides cheaper transport than Grab which is very helpful. However, bathrooms were woefully small. Also, there should be provision for in-room safe and USB charging.
