The view from the room was terrible. Constant heavy traffic 24/7. No English channel on tv, only Vietnamese channels. Utube was on the tv but "not available ". But the room was a family room, which they gave me as an upgrade.

Our Hotel was in a great location near all shops and markets, has 24 hour desk and very welcoming staff and very helpful, and let us check out late, room was lovely, did not have a couch or a microwave and could of had a bigger fridge with freezer to keep ice, they offered free buffet breakfast which was good but need to keep the food warm as it gets cold quickly.

Nothing like was described. Definitely no swiming pool as advertised, asked for an interconnecting room but it was just a hallway with a door that didn’t lock between two rooms. It also had a security camera that looked into the rooms. Walls dirty, everything very old and worn. Safe not bolted down. Staff were pleasant and seemed nice. Breakfast very average, in a tight cramped space, the butter every morning was melted, not a great choice. Noisy at night. Good location in the old town.

Loved this hotel, right in heart of old quarter and had excellent (huge!) beds and clean modern bathrooms. It’s a small hotel with 2 rooms per floor and this worked well for our family as we had the whole floor for us! Small narrow roof top breakfast buffet, excellent staff William was so kind! Only one negative it is right next door to a pub, but music stopped around 11 (I think?) Reception staff were so cheery and helpful.

I loved our stay here. Rooms are clean, location is good. There are alot of food choices in the area. The staffs are very friendly and accomodating esp the girl staffs, Andrea. We would definitely go back here on our next trip.

The hotel is fantastic BUT nothing like the pictures!!! NOTHING!!! The location is fantastic, the rooms are great, the staff is extremely kind, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. But, the rooms do not have the view shown in the pictures, there is no access to a nearby pool, and the rooftop doesn’t exist. It would be much better if the pictures were accurate!

This was a pretty good hotel for the price until when we were going to check out and there was a roach crawling around our luggage on the 5th floor. :( if I had seen earlier we would have stayed elsewhere and left. I do not need a little hitchhiker catching a ride home. Freeway is really noisy too. Staff was friendly.

Avoid the hotel if you want to sleep

My advice: avoid this hotel. The room itself was dirty - the walls full of marks and the AC unit's frame was falling off. The breakfast was full of flies. Every single time you leave/return to the hotel, the nail salon underneath the hotel will ask if you want your nails doing or a massage - it gets tiring. The room doors slam shut and it's so loud. We told reception and advised them to put up signs to be quiet after a certain time but they didn't. So if anyone on your floor comes in late, then it will wake you up. Also, the cleaners were SO LOUD. They would shout right outside our door no matter what time it was so when it was early in the morning, they'd wake us up. We complained the reception and were told the cleaners would be told - then it happened again a couple of days later, the cleaners would shout across the corridor to their colleagues, again waking us up as we'd already been woken through the night due to other people in the corridor coming home late. We could hear the neighbour's TV too - we called reception about 1am to ask them to tell the neighbours to be quiet, reception did tell them but nothing changed. Due to multiple complaints, the manager agreed to move us to the Grand hotel but this was much the same. I would avoid this hotel.

Staff were amazing! Friendly and helpful. The fire alarm went off one night, because some one smoked in their room. Not the hotels fault.. but annoying for us since we had already not slept good the last two nights some where else. Good rooms, clean, great hot water! Had room cleaned every day which we had not in all other hotels we booked.
