This place was so wonderful, that we cancelled our other stay and came back for the night. The staff are all super helpful and the hotel is very clean. We will be back the next time we are in hanoi

Clran room, staff was amazing and breakfast.was delicious. We stayed one night and left for a ha long bay cruise the best day. Once we returned to hanoi the other hotel we had planned to stay at did not meet the expectations that le jardin had set for us, we then decloded to xome back and spend oir last night in hano.

The hotel staff was excellent and everyone spoke very good English. The rooms are nice, kinda funny shower/tub setup. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great each day. Would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel with added bonus of use of pool across the road at the sister hotel. Lovely staff, friendly and attentive. Hotel was so clean and safe. Lovely cafe and breakfast choices were excellent.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet location, but lacking

Everything was fine, especially the included breakfast. But the deal breaker was, there was mold in the room, which you can smell the second you step in. And the shower situation in the bathroom was terrible, water all over the floor when you're done.

The hotel and our room were clean, and the free breakfast buffet was definitely a plus. The location was convenient; most places were walkable. For me, the bed was not the most comfortable to sleep in—I put pillows underneath me because it was so uncomfortable—but my fiance didn’t find anything wrong with it. Also, water from the shower kept leaking out of the tub (although it may be because we didn’t know how to use the shower properly). The only reason why I gave this hotel 5 stars, and would give 6 stars if I could, was the friendly, extremely helpful staff. One of the receptionists, Eri was AMAZING. She gave us local recommendations of restaurants where the food was more authentic and not touristy. She was so, so kind to us. She even sent me a message after we checked out saying she hoped we had a blast in Hanoi. We did have a blast in Hanoi because of Eri :)

Great hotel with very helpful staff. Clean, modern rooms with great comfort. A true gem in the city, a little north of the Old Quarter. Hanoi is a noisy city, so please keep this in mind, but This does not affect thus great hotel.

Situated in the heart of Hanoi, and truly worth re

We absolutely loved our stay at Le Jardin Hotel & Spa. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles, a refreshing drink, and a city map of Hanoi. They took the time to highlight the best attractions and hidden gems, which made exploring the city even more enjoyable. The hospitality was outstanding—they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel’s spa is also a must-visit. I booked a glow facial and foot scrub, and both treatments were fantastic. The quality of service was top-notch, and the prices are incredibly affordable, especially by Western European standards.
