Amazing location. Middle of everything in the old town. Wonderful and very helpful staff. It is a older hotel, breakfast is at a sister location. Large bathroom, with glass enclosure and curtains for privacy, so beware when traveling with friends. Large terrace for quiet escape from the chaos.

The service you will find in Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel is impeccable! The staff paid very close attention to their guests, learning their names, focusing on their needs very closely. They offer their services readily without any hesitation and they seem to be able to foresee your needs and make appropriate recommendations. Rooms are clean and spacious (we were given an upgrade). Breakfast was also good. Would definitely book this place if I came back to Hanoi.

Truly an excellent hotel, the location and facilities are first class. But what rates this as the Best hotel is the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, we could not have wished for more. When we returned from a short 3 day trip to Halong bay, we were greeted back at the hotel with great affection.

The Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel is absolutely amazing!! My mom and I stayed here for several nights at the beginning of Jul. We had the best experience. The service is exceptional; the people are so accommodating. They were so helpful and made our stay so perfect, especially the people at the front desk. It is a great location near the lake and the old quarter. Very easy to walk everywhere. You must stay at this hotel if you are ever in Hanoi. Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel who helped us!! Absolute perfection!!

We spent 5 nights at Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel and used it as a starting point to visit Tam Coc and Halong Bay. We have been welcomed by the staff, who helped us with SIM cards, directions, flight registrations, gave us advice about all kinds of restaurants... We really felt at home, and everything was made easy, especially thanks to Angela and Anna. The breakfast was excellent, the room quite comfortable and the location couldn’t be better. We recommend it warmly !

Please Dont stay at thus hotel. The pictures on shown are fakes. I didnot even stay at this hotel long. First, the hotel room looks oppof the pictures. Second, when you laydown and it becones dark you will feel FLY BUGS start biting you. The custoner service is non existence. The frint desk lady refuse to give a refund, which i didnot even stay a full night.i got expedia involved and they was ignored as well. I was frustrated and tired I had to rebook another hitel the sme night. This hotel basically will steal your money.
