Very value for money. Rooms were clean and cosy, beds were comfy, shower has the appropriate pressure. We travelled in a group of 4, 2 guys and 2 ladies. We were welcomed warmly by the hotel staff, Anna, she was very helpful in suggesting where we should go and what we should do during our trip. We were there during the one week holiday, she was really very helpful in reminding us that there might be congestion issues in some of the places of interest. She even highlighted to us which of the places of interest are worth visiting. The hotel was nicely located, there were food stalls, cafes and chill out places within a short distance. Would definitely head back there to stay if I ever visit Hanoi again.

This hotel is perfectly positioned to take advantage of it. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast is okay, makes this place is the staff, especially the female receptionists, they are so incredibly friendly and helpful. Particular mention of Anna - she is just lovely.

Very helpful in organising bus for us to Sa Pa for next morning. They rushed to get us some early breakfast before 6:30am, which was greatly appreciated. Very nice, clean and perfect location (right inside the old quarter). We can reach anywhere by walking. Staffs are friendly and helpful whenever we wanted to ask anything. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay here, from the moment we arrived we were so well looked after. Our Halong Bay package was included, also a meal at the Purple Cherry restaurant & airport pick up. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Hanoi. It was clean and comfortable and above all, the staff were extremely warm and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The two girls at the front desk really made this place stand out for us! We were able to check in early after a long travel day which was a god sent and helped us with places to eat things to see and our ha long bay tour!

This is an excellent hotel in a very convenient spot. All the recommendations that Anna and her team made were great. They were very accommodating when our boat cruise was canceled and made a great recommendation for the Ninh Binh day your. All of the facilities were great and breakfast was very generous.

I love the hotel, it was located in a small street, just few minutes walk and you can find yourself in the middle of Old quarter and tasted and smelt all of true Hanoi. I got a free upgrade to deluxe room, so comfortable bed, new and clean room. The hotel staff was amazingly polite and helpful.
