We loved staying at Lotus Boutique! The location is perfect, centrally located and walkable to everything in the historic center of Hanoi. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of Vietnamese as well as Western food options. And most of all, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hotel is excellent with fantastic staff. The team are so friendly and efficient with special mention to Angela. It is obvious that everyone is happy at work. The hotel is located close to the lake and easy walking through the Old Quarter. The hotel is very clean and our executive room spotless and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if visiting Hanoi.

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfy. The location was fantastic just a minute away from the lake. The best part of this hotel are the staff who work here, they are incredibly passionate, kind and thoughtful! We loved chatting with them and appreciate all their help and the warm hospitality. The staff, the breakfast, the room, the location, the value for money. We arrived after a long trip. They invited us to sit and drink a lemon juice drink. We received a cold towel to refresh ourselves and watermelon. Then a staff member explained to us what we can do in the area and showed us our room. We felt very welcome.

This property is in the best location in a quiet little street that is not a though a fare. We had a balcony room which was very big and comfortable for 3 of us. The balcony room was quiet. The breakfast was delicious, great service, eggs any way, great fruit. The staff are delightful, very helpful and we felt very cared for. Laundry service is cheap and quick. Thank you, Angela, for all your prompt correspondence and farewell. I highly recommend this delightful hotel.

It is very close to all the good restaurants. You can walk everywhere through the Old Quarter. I love the buffet breakfast; there are many choices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back to this hotel again. I highly recommend it!

The staff were outstanding. We cannot praise this place enough. We were made to feel really welcome. Almost one of the family and when my husband was ill, they couldn't do enough to help!
