Rooms were spotless, breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety, and the staff was amazing. Location was perfect. I would like to mention Mia, Julie, Hue (Mr. Chicken ;-)), Eric, An, and Hue because they all made our stay wonderful. I loved Hanoi and when I go back, this is the only hotel I will stay in!

The hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of the old quarter so you are close to everything but it is quiet when you're in your room and easy to sleep in the otherwise loud city. The room was clean, shower was great, good size room. The staff are so friendly and take really good care of you. The rooftop bar has great views of Hanoi and there is a hot tub you can use however it was a little hot, so maybe ask for it "not too hot" when you book to use it.

Staff is so wonderful and helpful. They had wonderful recommendations around town and helped with getting a sim card delivered. The spa staff was also amazing, I enjoyed them so much I returned a second day for a couple of treatments. They all do a really great job! Location has lots to offer and walkable. Impeccable!! I’ve booked this hotel for 2 nights with a really good deal. When I arrived I had an early check-in with an upgrade to a deluxe room on a higher level. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, the room was amazing for the price that I paid. The breakfast buffet had a variety of good choices and the hotel is located at a very convenient area. In summary, I enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay here again in the future.

The property is located within Old Quarter, easy access to everything around. However, it is located in a smaller street so we had to walk one block away, to a larger main intersection to get picked up for tours. Overall, the place is pretty worth for the money since you also get free breakfast. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, will stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hanoi Plaza Suite Hotel. The location of the hotel is second to none - right in the heart of the old quarter and really easy to get around and explore. The rooms are a good size and beds are extremely comfy. The only thing that we’d flag would be the hotel breakfast. While there was a selection of food, we felt like it could have been a little more expansive however I appreciate that there’s limited space in the upstairs floor to do this. The staff at the hotel were incredible. They all work so hard and were always so friendly and more than happy to help out. They assisted us with any questions we had, booked tours for us and made us feel very welcome. We’d happily recommend this hotel to others visiting Hanoi :-)
