We loved our stay! The staff was very welcoming, helped with attraction information, and made sure we had everything we needed! The location was great as well! We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to go and the food options right outside our door were wonderful! The rooms are on the small side, but we were out exploring so much that it did not bother us! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Nice, clean room with balcony, jacuzzi and sauna in the room as well as a standing shower. Powerful A/C, great facilities. Super kind and helpful staff, and it's right in the heart of the hustle and bustle. They give you a basket of goodies, and the whole vibe of this hotel is pretty modern. I would stay here again, highly recommend.

An excellent place to stay while in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The property is centrally located, is clean and well appointed, has a great breakfast (included), an outstanding Spa, and a group of staff second to none. They are there for you from start to finish, with information, “street smarts” advice, bookings, advice.. you name it, they did it, and with a smile. Again, a great place to stay, with excellent prices too. You can’t go wrong.
