room very small, no place to lay anything. Kettle available for making coffee, but you would have to do this on the floor,. shower good have to lower a plastic screen for privacy as the toilet and shower is separated with plain transparent glass also very small.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful- the pictures are accurate. They offer a very high level.of service. They pay attention to detail. They go an extra mile to ensure that you have all you need in terms of information and advise. All the staff is always ready to assist.. Also love the breakfast..and the location was easy for me to walk alone to train street and other places of interest. Also liked that there was a mirror in the room and I could get an iron to sort out my clothes.. The tea and coffee facility in the room was also good.. Oh and the long warm gowns..this was my last hotel in Vietnam and I was glad everything was of high standard!

The staff are very professional and would address you by name; shout out to Vivian at the restaurant for her cheerful service every morning! =) The breakfast spread every morning is awesome! There's a large selection of local and international foods to suit most palates, and the selection varies every day. Most are also really healthy and delicious, too! In the room, lighting was bright enough to do work, size was comfortable, and shower pressure and temperature were decent. It's fairly near the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, so it's got lots of food and tourist shops nearby, but not so near that they are too noisy.
