Spacious, clean and conveniently situated hotel. Staff are willing to do anything to help, especially Dat, one of the Bellboys. Property is not brand new but is clean and well maintained. Can be a little noisy with traffic honking but that’s Hanoi for you!

We arrived tired and lost in this big city. Right at the beginning the friendly staff helped is with the luggage and gave us refreshing drinks, he took care about everything so we had a perfect rest after the long trip. As we wanted to visit the city he gave us perfect directions and good tips what to do. The breakfast was eccelent and the room was verry clean. Awesome bathroom and perfect light. We really enjoyed our stay

Never having been to Hanoi before it was wonderful to be greeted at the airport with a smile and driven to the hotel in a nice car. The hotel is located on a back street away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. We were greeted at reception by Alex who answered all our questions with a wealth of patience and lots of smiles. Without his help we wouldn't have found the things we were looking for so easily. The beds were clean and comfy which is so important to a good night's sleep. For the price, location and friendly staff I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the royal palace hotel 3 times for traveling in Vietnam,the staff where all extremely especially Mr tony spoke perfect English,he helped a lot of thing when I stayed there.He arranged all of the booking ha long bay 2 days 1 night on the Venus cruise boat for visiting ha long bay.When I comebacks hotel for stayed again,he gave nice room with big windows for seeing down streets.The room is clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast with a lot of food and drinks you can eat from 6.am to 10.am and if you check out early they will cook breakfast for you take away. There is perfect hotel I would like highly recommend if you do not hotel in Hanoi

I booked this hotel because of very high ratings on Expedia and went with high expectations but my experience was very bad. Do not trust the 10/10 reviews that I really doubt their originality at this point. The staff of the hotel are really nice and helpful, the location is also very good and close to all tourist attractions. Other than this, the hotel does not look as clean as photos (check out mines for reference) and it does look like an old property. If you have issues with noise you will hear noise from the busy street, the hotel hallway/stairs and the room above through the bathroom. My room got upgraded through VIP Expedia perks but the room and access to things like power outlets, hangers, place to put towels etc were very inconvenient. If you book this hotel go with very low expectations and make sure to read the 2 and 3 stars reviews, which I read as soon as walked to my room and was shocked.
The stain on the tablecloth was there during my stay

Lovely hotel, wonderful staff. Everyone was always very helpful and kind. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Great location, within walking distance of the lake and other attractions. I enjoyed the breakfast, always chose the Vietnamese food, so delicious. And the Amora Spa was amazing, had a great massage. Highly recommend!

This place was incredible. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Exceptional service. My little one was sick, and needed medical care, the staff especially Jenny, Sulli and Jimmy took care of everything including helping us find medical care, arranging complimentary baby friendly meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner and checking in on our family constantly. I've never had service that treated us as family and created a safe space like this. Beyond fantastic

It is located at the old quarter and is accessible to all like food stalls, coffee shops, fruits along the street and Bahn Mi everywhere…♥️♥️♥️ The rooms are cozy and huge. Our breakfast was yummy aside from the array of food lining up in the buffet table, they have other menu that you can order upon eating like sunny side up eggs, pancakes, Phó and Bahn Mi and others.

The staff here were so incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful. Lovely space, great location in old town. Couldn't hear outside noise from the room I stayed in so got a great rest after exploring. Cute breakfast.

Absolutely loved our stay at Royal Palace Hotel in Vietnam! Miss Jenny went out of her way to make us feel welcome and taken care of, and Miss Sulli provided consistently friendly and attentive service throughout our visit. The staff really made the experience special, and we left feeling relaxed and well looked after. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay.
