We stayed at the hotel for two nights in four days. The first room was small but clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I spoke with reception upon leaving and told them of our issue. When we returned for our second stay, we were delighted to find we had been upgraded. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was better still a bit hard but we slept better. We enjoyed breakfast on both stay and found it to be excellent and plenty of to eat. The staff were excellent. They were very professional, helpful, courteous and friendly. The main person we dealt with during our stay was Da and he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. He recommended restaurants and made bookings for us. Thanks Da you made our stay great. We also dealt with Alex who also helped us with booking a trip to Halong Bay. Thanks to everyone and would stay at this hotel again.

Only stayed one night, so I dont have a good picture of what the place is like. The room was clean but small. Toilet leaked and reported it. Breakfast room too small and breakfast was adequate. Staff and location were great. I would stay there again because of the staff, location and it was clean.

Having stayed in numerous hotels and homestays in Vietnam, I can truthfully say this was the best experience. Last year, I stayed at a different hotel -- and while it was really good, the Royal Premium was superior. Just a classy hotel with amazing staff. I know many reviewers throw out the adjective "amazing" but in this case, I was pleasantly surprised by their attention. When my wife was sick, the manager sent up a free cup of hot tea. When we needed a Grab ride (my app was acting up), they provided it. ĐA, Anna, in particular were super and should be applauded by management for the work they do. A shout out of "thanks" also for two other young men at the front desk. Everyone, frankly, was so helpful. Okay, the breakfast: good with a variety of foods that Asians would love and Westerners would enjoy. The guys cooking the eggs did a great job. The morning "greeters" were extraordinary! The rooms: very comfortable! It was the best room we had in Vietnam. The location: perfect because it's less than a minute to walk to the lake but the sidestreet that it fronts is quiet.

Great location, almost every attraction is within walking distance, especially the famous Hoan Kiem lake. The breakfast is wonderful, with a lot of options. The room is spacious for our family of three adults. On top of everything else, the highlight was the super friendly staff. They couldn’t have been kinder to my elderly parents. Will definitely stay here again in my next trip to Hanoi

The hotel is a boutique hotel in the central of Hanoi, with only a few steps to the Hoan Kiem Lake. There is not much to say about the facilities but we were greatly impressed by how friendly and helpful the staffs are. Everyone from reception, concierge and kitchen/restaurant staff are super nice and kind. We travel with 2 kids and they remember my kids by their names and were super kind to them. Appreciate that they went extra miles to help us feel comfortable during our stay. We will be back.
