I had a fantastic experience staying here! The room was spacious, clean, and airy, with modern amenities that made it very comfortable and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful – from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was welcoming and professional. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including both local Vietnamese dishes and Western choices – perfect for any taste. One of the highlights of my stay was the tour organized by the hotel. Everything was well-planned, the guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable.

Best hotel in Hanoi. The hotel is truly amazing and service is the best we have ever received from a hotel anywhere in the world. The team work together to deliver true excellence in everything they do. They really focus on everything possible, even the smallest things to make the stay wonderful. The location is perfect within the Old Quarter, everything within walking distance but also not in the middle of too much chaos. We highly recommend staying here if you visit.

We stayed at Hanoi Solis Hotel as a family of four, with two kids aged 9 and 13, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. A special thank you to Ding, who arranged everything for us—from airport transfers to local tours—making our stay completely stress-free. His attention to detail and kindness made a big difference. One of the loveliest touches was a handwritten note from the management waiting in our room upon arrival. It made us feel truly valued and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was perfect for our family—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. We also really enjoyed the restaurant, which offered delicious meals that pleased both adults and kids, and the Solis Bar was a fantastic place to relax in the evening with a beautiful view over Hanoi. The staff is amazing! Everyone from the bell hop to the front desk, to the bartender, to the supervisors, as well as the cleaners we saw around. They took care of every need. Accommodated every request we had! 10 out of 10 would recommend based on staff alone! Location is perfect for walking / shopping. The pool is average, the roof top bar has great atmosphere, but you do have to walk up stairs the final two flights, the elevator does not go to the top. Additionally the bathroom is down on level, so as we drink and need the bathroom, we were up and down the stairs several times. It was fine, just something to point out. Beds were comfy. Room was big enough. Everything was really nice. But honestly that staff is unbelievable! They made the whole stay fabulous!

The Hotel had a recent change in management and as expected, not everythings were up to speed. The staffs were wonderful and handle these problems with graces, we end up with some very enjoyable stay at the hotel.

The staff in this hotel are excellent, so kind and friendly and will go out of their way to do anything to make you feel welcome. The location is perfect just a short stroll to the lake or anywhere in the old quarter. It's such a busy place but you fel away from all the hustle and bustle of the street. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will stay here again on our next trip.

I stayed at two different hotels in the Old Quarter, and I prefer this one. The hotel is located near Hoan Kiem Lake, making it very convenient for exploring the walking areas. Despite being in such a central location, I sleep well here and don't hear any traffic noise—which is especially important when staying in the Old Quarter. The breakfast is good. I particularly enjoy the sweet rice, fresh fruit, and Vietnamese yogurt, which isn't too sweet. They also serve pho, which is a nice touch.

We returned to Hotel Solis after our great experiences in the past. On this occasion we stayed in the executive suite and my, it was lovely. As always the staff are truly amazing - friendly, courteous and professional. Special thanks on your occasion to Bella who facilitated a smooth and efficient check in after a tiring journey. The staff speak excellent English and intuitively know what you require. Set in the old quarter you are not far away from all the major must do sightseeing and also the hustle and bustle of city life. I'm an experienced traveller and I recommend to come here.

Three hotel is very well located in the heart of the old quarter. Train street, shopping etc are a 5 minute walk from here. The staff at the hotel are amazing- so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Jenny (Queyn). The beds are comfortable and all very clean. Room has TV. You can leave your luggage here when heading out and exploring other areas and need to travel light safe in the knowledge your luggage will be looked after. Highly recommend.

The staff are the highlight of the hotel, very competent and eager to please. We were upgraded to a room with a window without our asking. The room was quiet with good individually-controlled AC, comfortable bedding and fast WiFi. Cable TV reception was spotty. The room and hotel are beautiful, with hardwood and mosaic tile flooring, granite countertops and wood furniture, but the new owners need to update certain things. The tub is raised from its platform and the glass wall surround was so short that we repeatedly flooded the bathroom floor and the space between the tub and wall. The pool deck had splintered wood which needs to be replaced. The staff were very apologetic when I brought up the bathroom issue and went out of their way to compensate me. Breakfast consisted of lots of food options (Asian, Western, made to order and buffet items), with coffee, tea, and juices. Overall , we enjoyed our stay and I am very confident that with minor updates, this hotel will be a great one.
