We stayed here after a few days in the Old Quarter - while still a busy area it was not as chaotic. The room/bed was comfortable and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was good and the manager offered breakfast pho one morning. We had an early departure to get to Sapa and the staff prepared a meal for us to take on the bus - great service! The cost of the room was very reasonable for all that we enjoyed. Thx!

Room spotless and the staff really helpful and friendly, room was nice just had no daylight come through the window (looked straight out to a wall) which is the only thing that let it down, location was great though, didn’t get a chance to use the pool or any massage facilities

I had a wonderful stay in November 2025 thanks to the fantastic managers that made sure that I enjoyed my stay in Hanoi. Shout out to Vivian and Henry, they went out of their way to make sure that I had everything that I needed to make my trip memorable. When I go back to Hanoi, I will stay here without a doubt.

We had a wonderful stay at the Victor Gallery Hotel. The staff treat you like family. They are very professional and kind. Our room and bed were very comfortable. It is a very nice place to stay in the Old Quarter.
