We had a lovely stay here the staff were amazing. The location is perfect as you can walk around the city and things are close by. After a long flight and busy travel days, I booked an Aroma Therapy session at the hotel's spa and it was heavenly. We stayed here before heading to Halong Bay and the hotel went above and beyond to support our journey. This was my first time in Hanoi and I was a bit nervous about navigating the busy Old Quarter. Luckily, this hotel made everything easier. It’s in a prime location but not too chaotic, perfect for easing into the Hanoi vibe. The staff spoke excellent English and helped arrange a SIM card, currency exchange, and even booked me a seat on a Halong Bay day cruise. Everything felt very safe and manageable, even as a solo female traveler. I’d absolutely stay here again.

What stood out to me about this hotel was the location: there are so many amazing food options within walking distance. From bun cha to egg coffee to sticky rice and grilled fish, it’s all just a few blocks away. I walked to Train Street twice during my stay, and also visited the night market which is super lively on weekends. The staff here were so friendly and helpful, they even gave me a printed map with all the must-try local dishes marked. It made my solo trip so much more enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed with tea and local sweets. The hotel exceeded our expectation in all areas. The location couldn't be any better, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and extremely good restaurant are on it's doorstep. Service was truly personal and fantastic from start to finish. The front desk greeted you with a welcome drink and comfy seat as they check you in. The were always ready with helpful tips, making our Hanoi experience even more memorable. They also offered to hold our luggage while we went to Ha Long Bay for the night and the day we checked out we had a tour and they offered us a room to shower so we could freshen up. We stayed at Hanoian Central Hotel exploring old quarter before leaving for Ha Long Bay Cruise. The hotel is clean and very conveniently located. The minute we arrived all the staff were very helpful, kind, friendly and very professional from the front desk to restaurant staffs. They made sure that every detail was taken care of to make my stay memorable. On the first night we had dinner in the hotel's restaurant and were served by Mr. Thanh another caring and considerate person. Food was excellent. This was a lovely hotel with great location, but by far its biggest strength is the charming attention to detail and warm attitude of its staff. The receptionist Quin Anh went out of her way to make sure we are cared for and arranged for our transportation even when we were at another location. The hotel is conveniently located as well. All tours know the hotel as well and most will organize to pick up and drop off from this hotel location. It was a wonderful stay and I absolutely will stay again if in Hanoi

I choose this hotel through a friend's recommendation. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of Hanoi, close and walking distance to all major spots. Very surprised by the service and atmosphere of this place. The staff was very friendly, enthusiastic to help and ask questions during my stay. Such a lovely experience! Staff was super friendly, the location was great and the room beautiful/ They're great about opening doors, greeting you, and front staff was very helpful. Really superb place to stay in the beat of the old city. The staff were stupendous and facilities were excellent and clean.Great quality of breakfast, some of the best black coffee I've ever had in the morning. The hotel was well situated and nicely appointed, but the real treat was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. They take care of us from the moment we check in, asking about our plans and recommended tour information, city sightseeing. We would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Hanoi

I was very impressed with the warm hospitality from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff greeted me with bright smiles and a welcome drink of tea and delicious mung bean cakes. I like the cakes so much that I asked where to buy them, and the staff kindly recommended a nearby local shop and even gave me a map. They also introduced me to their Ha Long Bay and Trang An tour in a very detailed and friendly way. Hanoian Central Hotel was so beautifully decorated throughout in a very traditional style. The location is centered in old quarter so it is very convenient to move around the city. Breakfast was none of the highlights for me, food options were diverse and delicious! All the staff were warm and courteous during my stay, from prior interactions. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations. and activities booking. Also, shout out to Elsa, concierge, for helping us so much through the process. We will come back!

Location - fantastic ! Right in the middle of the old quarter, and it's so easy to walk to the different tourist places. Around it, we can also easily find great food around, no matter we returned left or right from the hotel. Henry was the first person we really talk to upon arrival. He is the most welcoming, cheerful , wonderful person and made our stay amazing (Else also). He gave us many recommendations for Hanoi, all of which were perfect. Thank you again. If I stay again, I will find him without a doubt

The hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter and is beautifully maintained. The staff are accommodating and helpful at all times. Being mainly in English speaker the staff understood everything and helped out in so many ways. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and nothing was hard work. I heard that the hot stone massage here is famous, so I tried and it was really nice because it was massaged with warm stones. I felt truly relaxed. I can't recommend this place enough and wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hanoian Central Hotel again when I return to Hanoi
