This hotel is really exceptional. Top location - Heart of the city, very close to the restaurants and Hoa Kiem Lake. Very clean, nice interior, tasty breakfast. But the real reason why this hotel is so unique is the staff. Our contact person was Elsa. She speaks excellent English. All the staff members were very helpful. The quality of their services exceeded our expectations. We will choose them again while being in Hanoi.

We stayed at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa and absolutely loved it. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, close to everything we wanted to see and do. A special shoutout to Antony, who took such great care of us throughout our stay super friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The service overall was outstanding, and we felt very well looked after.Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi. Great value, amazing location, and wonderful staff.

We loved every single bit of the Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa. But we attribute such a special stay to Tiffany - the receptionist who truely made our stay feel so special. The location of this hotel was unbeatable, right in the middle of the Old Quarter. From here we could walk to markets, temples, and Hoan Kiem Lake within minutes. The surrounding streets were full of energy, but the hotel itself felt calm and restful. Great spot with great service, and being so close to awesome food around made discovering Hanoi easy and enjoyable.

The restaurant served a wide variety of both Vietnamese and Western dishes, all freshly prepared and flavorful. Breakfast was a highlight, offering tropical fruits, noodles, pastries, and strong coffee to start the day right. The dining area was cozy and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere for every meal. Great spot with great service, and the food options truly gave us a delicious taste of Hanoi.
