Had an amazing stay at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa in Hanoi and was looked after very well by Tiffany at reception who accommodated all our needs and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. In fact all of the staff there are incredibly lovely. The property itself is in a fantastic location, the room we were put into was spacious and had everything you needed. Would definitely visit again.

Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa is a wonderful place to stay if you want to be close to the action, but also want to have some quiet time. Ms Elsa was such a knowledgeable and considerate host, our tours and travel plans were seamless due to her guidance, she even took into account what the weather would be like so that we had the best experience at destinations outside the city. We will miss Hanoi and it's charm, thank you. Definitely recommend.

This was a fantastic hotel right in the middle of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. Very close to the markets and night markets on the weekend. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we loved the service. Thank you so much, we loved our stay.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The place is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what really made our experience outstanding was the staff. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed from the moment I arrived. The environment is clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.The location is also excellent, just a short walk to nearby shops, cafés, and restaurants, which made it so convenient to get around.What really stood out to me, though, was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were always smiling, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and at home throughout my stay. Their warmth and hospitality made a real difference. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel is a gem. The location is excellent for exploring all of Hanoi, the facilities and rooms are super clean and nice, the breakfast top notch. What makes this hotel stand apart is the employees. The women, specifically, who operate the front desk and manage over all flow in the common area are truly amazing and special. We received SO many good restaurant recommendations as well as what to see and when. This hotel has not only trained their employees to be resourceful and helpful to their guests, they have hired top notch quality people who genuinely care for their guests. Highly recommend.

We loved every single bit of the Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa. But we attribute such a special stay to Tiffany - the receptionist who truely made our stay feel so special. I'm so glad I found this hotel for my short trip in Hanoi. Everything was perfect, the location is really convenient to exlore the city, and the room I stayed in was clean and tidy. But the thing that impressed me the most was the staff here, they were really welcoming and helpful, always ready to support us with anything we needed. I will absolutely come back here if I travel to Hanoi again in the future.

The staff were some of the nicest and most polite people I have had the pleasure of meeting. They were so kind and helpful all of the time. The room was perfect and we were greeted with some complimentary cake and fruit on our arrival. The breakfast every morning was amazing. I am still so surprised how affordable it was for the amount of service and care you receive. I honestly cannot recommend staying here enough. Will definitely be coming back again.

Fantastic hotel with attentive staff. Excellent breakfast. Close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Would definitely stay again. Allowed us to keep the luggage at the hotel during our stay in Ha Long Bay. Superb service and nice room. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet, with a lovely large balcony.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hospitality is unmatched to any other hotel we’ve stayed at. We let them know we’re here for my friend birthday, and to our surprise they had the room decorated with balloon and a special birthday cake. Incredibly clean, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing and offers a huge range of fresh foods for any taste palette. The massage services at the Vita spa were also 10/10. The staff was so helpful, they booked us tickets to the water puppet show and offered lots of local tips. Would recommend this luxurious stay without any hesitation.

The best kept secret in Hanoi. The hotel is excellently managed and centrally located. Really well isolated from the cities noise. The staff is super accommodating, friendly and efficient. Andrew made our stay exceptional, he was very hospitable and helpful. The morning buffet offers both an international & traditional breakfast. The Spa facility and treatment were very professional.
