This is a Japanese hotel, in an area with a lot of Japanese and Korean restaurants and shops. The area is quite different to the old town - very few tourists but pretty nice. The hotel itself was a basic clean Japanese style. Good room and bathroom. Staff really only speak very basic English but are nice.

I was satisfied with the cost by performance. I stayed here for 16 nights. The staff speaks Japanese, whose attitudes are polite and bright. The room was upgraded and clean. They serve free laundry service up to 5 pieces/day, free dinner curry, rice and miso soup during 5-8pm, followed by free rice ball and miso soup during 8-10pm. Perfectly amazing!!!

日本人（20代）です。旅行で利用しました。初めてのベトナム旅行で治安等不安でしたが、ホテルスタッフの方々は日本語が通じ、周辺も日本人の方が多く、とても安心できました。市街地のトイレは汚いところが多く驚きましたが、ホテル内のトイレをはじめ、施設はとても綺麗で日本と同じく安心して利用することが出来ました。観光地からは少し遠いですが、タクシー利用で格安（300円程度）で向かうことが出来ます。皆様にオススメできるホテルです。

日本のビジネスホテルのような感じです。 スタッフは日本語が話せるので、ストレス無しでチェックインからチェックアウトまで過ごせます。 出張で行く日本人や言語（ベトナム語や英語）に自信がない人にお勧めのホテルだと思います。 最上階に大浴場がありますが、シャワーの勢いが強すぎてちょっと痛いくらいでした。 これが解決されればすべて満点です。 ハノイに行った時には、いつもこのホテルを利用しています。
