Absolutely fantastic.

From the moment I arrived until I left the staff could not do enough for me. Excellent service from the front of house to the housekeepers and restaurant staff. Breakfast buffet is wonderful with plenty of choice. Omelettes made to order. The hotel is very clean and well furnished. Room was very comfortable. Very good shower with shampoo etc. A good sized tv with remote. Air con works well. The mini bar has a few things for purchase. Otherwise you get two bottles of water some coffee and tea. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Meritel Hanoi! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality was exceptional, always friendly and attentive. The room was fantastic—beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly cozy. It was like a birthday cake—sweet, delightful, and perfect in every way! Every detail, from the amenities to the ambiance, was top-notch. This hotel was everything we hoped for. The staff were very nice, the breakfast was amazing & the room was clean, comfortable and had an excellent shower. Loads of good food options close by. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

Excellent central location in Old District Hanoi and property is beautifully designed property. Breakfast buffet offer wonderful selections. Rooftop bar was great. Staff friendly. Overall, I recommend this hotel!

Pretty quiet even in Old Quarter. I was able to walk to all the attractions of Hanoi and ate at several Michelin rated restaurants.

Great central location in old quarter, a few minute walk to train street, all tours pick up from the hotel. What really makes it special are the staff who were super helpful. Special mention goes to Mike who we relied on a lot for help and information throughout our stay.
