The apartment of 35m2 in a building, has 1 bedroom studio (12m2) with one double bed, 1 living room which is combined with 1 small kitchen, 1 cleaning toilet. The indoor space is well equipped with aircon, fan, television, lamp, closet, clothes hanger, shelf, laudry-washer. Bathroom facilities (towels, shower gel, shampoo) as well as hand-washing facilities. You will also drink tea or coffee which is free on minibar and the super speed kettle is always ready. The kitchen offers many cooking tools and cutleries so that you can do some meals. In the case you want to use a iron, you can ask to borrow the host because I also stay in the same location. With elevator and space to keep motocycle (if you have), you’ll feel a convenient, private and safety space.
On the top of the building, there’s an amazing terrace with lots of plants and flower where you can take deep breath every morning and try some spices in the garden.
The neighborhood is local. It’s really quiet place, good chance to hide from outside streets.
To reach our apartment, ask the taxi to the end of Doan Thi Diem street, turn left to An Trach 1 Lane, until 39 Alley, you just get down and walk about 50m to a blue building. It’s completely easy to find out it. There is always a housekeeper to welcome you all the time.
