Good comfortable hotel with nice staff that speak English. Everything was easy with the staff starting with check in, good service at breakfast (and the food was pretty good too) and they also matched the Grab price to go to the airport.

New and friendly hotel

I love a big bathroom and they have it. The size of the room is reasonable. The staff has been helpful and my stay was very comfortable. Thank you very much.

The carpet, wall is not clean and very noisy. And a lot of things ware placed in the training room, so we couldn't use there. Breakfast was not included in the hotel charge even though I selected a plan with breakfast.

Nice in general

clean in general, but there was no housekeeping, no breakfast (although it said it's included), no english speaker at the reception. I think these are not their ordinary service standard, but it was because national holiday period.
