I spent nearly a month in a lake view room, extending my stay multiple times. The room was simple but functional. I liked the friendly staff, the convenient location, and especially enjoying breakfast, coffee, and evening drinks on the rooftop—it felt more like having my own apartment than staying in a hotel. Some rooms face only a wall, so check carefully when booking. What I loved most was being on a street that felt like 'real Hanoi'—not as touristy as the Old Quarter, where I’ve stayed before. There are plenty of Vietnamese restaurants, cafes, and a few international bars nearby. I plan to return.

Wonderful property, room was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. The rooftop bar was very nice with a great view and reasonable prices. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The staff was courteous and helpful, particularly Alice. The area had lots of great restaurants and bars. I recommend the Dim Sum restaurant across the street and “the local” watering hole around the corner on the lake. Very walkable area

Appartement très pratique. La machine à laver a disposition est un vrai plus. Le logement était très propre et fonctionnel. Très bien situé et calme. Pas de bruit de circulation. À recommander

overrated as a 4 star hotel can be 2-3 star

First of all i have my VIP access booking but the staff did not offered me directly my access. I asked for what includes in my booking and asked if theres some drinks. - Was told the restaurant was closed to 17:00H took time to get some food to be served like took 90 minutes. - Spa is closed coz its Tet nothing special. - The reception informed that breakfast is at 7:00 am upon check in. The next day we try to get to the breakfast area but the reception stop us and says it is 08:00 am so we need to leave early as we have a booking at 08:00 am. The following day saw a sign that breakfast start at 07:00 lots of misleading information from the reception. This property shouldnt br included jn the VIP access selection.
