Queen cafe was everything we needed for our visit to Hanoi. Great location right in old quarter but in a quiet part and rooms were on the end away from the street. Staff were very friendly and helpful :)

Ok in a push - you get what you pay for

A cheap room right in the thick of the busy tourist parts at night. Room is really hot until the aircon has been on for a while. The bathroom is poorly designed as there is nowhere in the shower for supplies apart from the floor. The room wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t so dirty I felt uncomfortable staying

Great stay and great value for money for the room we got. Was loud outside due to bars and nightlife etc but besides that was fine. Hotel booked cheap airport transfer to Hanoi airport too!
