A great place to stay! The rooms are comfortable, clean, well appointed and are serviced regularly. The staff are fantastic! The people at the front desk are just the kindest most helpful people you will find anywhere. Highly recommended!!

Cute, convenient apartment

We were after a room with large space - which a lot of the hotels in Hanoi didn’t offer. This was fantastic, especially for the price point! Conveniently located near to train street and lots of shopping and eating, can walk easily to a lot of these places. Being dropped off by Grab was a little tricky, the street the apartment is on actually does not allow cars, so there’s a bit of a walk from the Main Street - if you have a lot of luggage and kids, I could see this as a problem but otherwise ok. We arrived at 9:30am where check in was at 2pm, they very kindly let us check in early at half price of another day - very reasonable! Room was clean, tv worked with a little fiddling around, very large bed and nice to have option of sofa bed too. Few apartments in the building, but never had to wait long for the lift. Overall was pretty happy with it! Sometimes you think of all the things a hotel can offer, but this was basic and honestly didn’t really need a lot more - even with our toddler.
