Value for money hotel in a different part of Hanoi

Conveniently located understated hotel in Ba Dinh district. Clean, tidy reception & rooms. Helpful friendly staff. Easy walking distance to north end of old city. Plenty of coffee shops nearby. Would stay here again

Royal Gate to the city lived up to its name.

everything was good: lifts were fast, easy access to city, AC was easy to control & stayed on when out of room, balcony off 8th Floor was nice to have but could use some chairs - only complaint low water pressure and long wait for hot water.

Do not beleive the pictures which posted here

No wonder there is any review from other guest. This is not a hotel, it is just low level MOTEL. If you are on budget, maybe acceptable, but don't think price is even worth for stay.I will not stay here again.

Servicen på alle hotellansatte var veldig bra! Samtlige var utrolig hyggelige og veldig behjelpsomme hvis det var noe vi lurte på. Frokostbuffén var også god, med variert utvalg. Beliggenheten var også upåklagelig med tanke på de behovene jeg hadde, veldig lett å komme seg rundt i Hanoi.

호수를 보려면 가세요 음식이 매력적이지 않았고. 식당 소음이 매일 아침마다 크게 났어요. 40프로 할인이래서 갔는데. 원래가격보다도 안좋아보였어요.

Beware: practice of overbooking

The hotel was over booked and we had to go to a partner hotel - although we had a proper reservation through hotels.com. They did not even send an email in advance. We were furious and had to spent another one hour in traffic jam. We were very unhappy about the whole thing so I cannot leave a positive feedback.

スタッフが親切で朝食がおいしいです。

中心街から少し離れていますが、タクシーですぐに行けます。 早朝から騒がしい場所ですが、それなりに快適に過ごせます。朝は湖の周りを散歩するのもおススメです。 スタッフが親切なので、とても助かります。朝食も景色の良いレストランでおいしいです。
