AWESOME , Best stay in Vietnam - Would recommend 100%. , EXCELLENT SERVICESE , They rearrange excellent airport pick-up service and drivers. Super hotel. Excellent staff. Very friendly, comfortable and great facilities. Outstanding team and nice location. Book a car via the hotel it’s easy cheap and comfortable. The staff treats you like royalty, the beds are super comfortable, and elevator is fast. the hotel restaurant is great for breakfast and other meals. All the people is AMAZING, they made our stay unforgettable, they were really helpful in everything and they surprised us with their hospitality! Thank you for your Kind and Generous Hospitality !!!

Exceptionally Amazing service, amazing range of breakfast, super clean/ modern/ elegant hotel interiors &room, Best professional Staff, attention to details of all hotel staff are really amazing. Modern bar & Restaurant are definitely worth visiting. Every single staff of the hotel- from the reception, restaurant staff, managers, cleaners, doorman were all super friendly and caring. They constantly checked on us and looked after us. From the moment we walked into the hotel for check in till we hopped onto the hotel shuttle to go back to the airport, our stay and every moment spent in the hotel was exceptionally amazing. We travelled alot around the world and stayed at lots of different hotels and Royal St Hotel surely provided the top service. 100% recommend to all our friends and families and whoever is hesitating and we would 100% be back to Royal St hotel the next time we come to Hanoi.
