This hotel is brand new and provides exceptional customer service. The staff communicate daily and are always available to help. In particular, Anthony, provided excellent customer service to me during my stay. Definitely recommend staying here

My daughter and I stayed at Signature by M Village Tho Nhuom for 9 nights. We had a wonderful time. The staff were super courteous and helpful. The indoor swimming pool was fabulous. The free laundry service was so convenient. Will definitely come back for another stay during our next trip to Hanoi.

Outstanding staff

Amazing staff — super helpful, responsive, and attentive from start to finish. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The gym was solid and had everything I needed, though a water cooler or bottled water would be a nice addition. Overall, great stay and the staff really made the difference.
