I have travelled USA/ Britain/ Europe and Asia and Australia but is rare to find staff at a hotel so dedicated as Solaria in Hanoi. All staff are thoughtful and helpful but must thank Grace in particular for helping with a bus booking I made to Sapa. The hotel is well positioned to access the Lake and many of the wonderful sights in Hanoi. The rooms are clean and serviced daily. A rooftop bar sets a pleasant atmosphere for evening relaxation or Mae’s restaurant downstairs offers great value for Vietnamese cuisine.

We had a wonderful stay at Solaria. Staff were extremely thoughtful and kind, happy to take care of our every request. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Daily housekeeping kept things spotless. Our morning breakfasts were delicious- both buffet and à la carte options available. The rooftop bar had beautiful views and cold beers. Location of the hotel was convenient to restaurants and sites. We walked to all of our destinations. When staying in Hanoi we highly recommend choosing this hotel.
