My stay at The Five Hotel & Resort was a mixed experience. The property is fairly new, modern, and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The service was satisfactory, and the team made an effort to assist whenever needed. Unfortunately, there were a few areas that significantly affected the overall experience. The hotel's amenities were somewhat lacking compared to what I expected from a resort. The biggest concern, however, was the cleanliness of the bedding. The bed sheets and linens did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned and had a noticeable sweaty, musty odor. Several guests in our group also experienced skin rashes after sleeping on the sheets, which was disappointing and raises concerns about the hotel's housekeeping standards. Overall, The Five Hotel & Resort has potential because it is a newer property with a pleasant and attentive staff. However, I hope management places greater emphasis on linen hygiene and expands the available amenities, as addressing these issues would greatly improve the guest experience.
