The room is a million miles from what is advertised in the photos. The bathroom has mould in it, the reception staff are not bothered at all, the room feels like a prison. Even with the interior window which I am fine with, is awful. I can hear other people in their rooms and the carpets and hallways are awful.

staff was pleasant. Rooms were ok. I could not stand in the shower as it was several inches too short. Anyone over 5ft 10 inches tall or taller would not fit. Perhaps it was just in room 204. Twin beds pushed together separated during the night and could feel the divide down the middle.

Excellent room. So conveniently located in Old Quarter and close Lake, and Night Market. Staff very friendly & helpful. Always welcoming you with a smile. Bed super comfortable and the tub!! Its the only hotel I had with a tub which is such a luxury after a long day of exploring. I will definitely pick this hotel again when I come back to Hanoi!

What stood out is hotel’s staffs specifically the chef Ha, the server named Liên. They are very friendly, helpful made my stay much more enjoyable. The receptionist Ly is also amazing staff. Room is small but clean. I have a good time staying here.

The hotel location is very convenient walkable in the central of old town. The breakfast is great many options and I love the receptionist Ly. She is amazing helpful, friendly. Rooms are little dark but clean enough. All staffs are doing their best provided very good service. We will be back
