Pros: * location * fenced in yard was perfect for our dog* enough space for my family of 5Cons:* house was not as clean as it could be, including McDonald’s trash and cheeseburger behind the couch* the master bedroom mattress is horrible. We ended up sleeping on an air mattress that we borrowed from family. * the garage door would randomly open* we ran out of hot water numerous times — and weren’t taking long showers

The home was warm and inviting. It was extremely clean and the directions were easy to follow as how to enter and what the home owner expected. If anything was a disadvantage, it was that they need a few more coffe cups and maybe a little bigger.

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip because we were in Madison Indiana for a wedding. The house was perfect for our family. It was clean, comfortable, and close to town. The check-in process was easy and while we had access to the garage, we didn’t use it because we had an ample amount of street parking.

Great proximity to Madison. Nice, clean, 3BR 2 bath ranch in a nice quiet neighborhood. The matress and bedding in the MBR desperately needs replaced. Also, asking that you put the dishes in the dishwasher and run them before checking out is reasonable but asking that you put them away when check out is 10AM, is not.

A weekend escape with my wife. The house had all the comforts of home. Very clean, lots of bright, natural light. Great curtains for privacy. Very quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to Hanover College, Clifty Falls State Park and Madison. Highly recommend and would 100% stay again i/ when we return to the area..
