Good Customer Service but Room Smell Badly
Drainage clogged in shower area, low water pressure for shower, room smell badly. However, excellent customer services from front desk's staff

Ok for the money
This is a higher class hotel for the Chinese market. Not Western concept of a high class hotel. However, for the money you pay, it is not bad. The staff do not speak good English, almost none. Google Translate is your best friend. First a few negative points: men & women smoke in the building, in the rooms, in the restaurants. This is NOT a smoke-free hotel. Annoying for me. The taxi driver most likely cannot bring you to the front door, he will park across the street, you then need to make it to the hotel without being run over by speeding and erratic traffic. Check-in - the service is not what I would call "good service" - you need to go to the front desk and just tell them you are here to check-in. There is no concept of waiting in line for your turn, you simply have to go and demand to be checked-in. Then you will be. Otherwise you won't. My check-in was problematic, but after 45 minutes we got it resolved and I could go sleep. The area is not that great. Nothing really around the hotel. When leaving the hotel, you will need to find your own taxi, the staff does not have a concept of getting a taxi for the guest. Harbin is not known for customer service. The good. There are two restaurants in the hotel - Chinese and Japanese. Dining customers do smoke, be aware. Price is reasonable enough to make it worth staying here. The room is huge, as is the bathroom. Very good. Except I know that someone has smoked in my room before. Bed was ok. For the money, it is ok.

Warm and kinf Qilu
At first, hotel crew was very kind and warm. Also we could catch the taxi easily. But breakfast was not so good in food quality. We hope they to have more person to speak English.
