Beautifully remodeled guest house -- Perfect for traveling nurses and people looking for a stay of 30 days or more.

This charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest house boasts a unique feature: a private lofted area that functions as a second bedroom, complete with its own inviting living area.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for breakfast to preparing family meals. Some of the items we keep stocked for your use include pots and pans, baking dishes, toaster, storage containers for leftovers, and drinking glasses, mixing bowls, dish towels, and knives. We also keep a large number of spices on hand and have a drip coffee pot with timer.

Guests will have the option to enjoy two distinct living spaces during their stay. The private lofted area features an oversized couch and a 43 inch smart TV, creating a cozy retreat for relaxation and entertainment. On the main floor, a comfortable sofa and another 43 inch smart TV offer a welcoming space to unwind and socialize. This setup provides flexibility for guests to choose the perfect spot for their leisure time.

Entertainment
We offer high-speed wireless internet. Should you need to get some work done during your visit, the dining table is a great place to spread out or we have a small desk in the main bedroom.

We have a number of games and books that you're welcome to use during your stay. We ask that you please keep the games organized for future guests.

Both bedrooms have blackout curtains, high-end sheets, and comfortable memory foam mattresses.

Bathroom
The large bathroom is designed for both luxury and convenience. It features a spacious dual vanity, providing ample counter space and a spacious walk-in shower. This bathroom serves as an ensuite to the master bedroom, while also providing a secondary entrance from the hall, allowing easy access for guests from the main living area.

Laundry + Cleaning
The washer and dryer are located in the main bedroom. We provide a starter of laundry soup and dryer sheets, but you will be responsible for additional supplies. We also offer rags and cleaning supplies, a vacuum, mop, and broom should you need to clean up any spills.

Pets
We love all pets but limit our house to dogs only.
-There is a pet fee per stay.
-We have a one-pet maximum and age/breed restrictions.

Please note, we do not provide yard access at the guest house, but there are plenty of areas to walk the dog nearby. The dog beach only half a mile down the road and the neighborhood is very walkable.

We are located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Please note that our family lives in the house on property so we are just steps away if you have questions - but will respect your privacy.

Our property is only permitted for stays of 30 days or more.

We will provide a 'starter pack' of the basics - Shampoo/Conditioner, Dish Soap, Dishwashing pods, Laundry soap, toilet paper and paper towels but you will be responsible for replenishing them throughout your stay.
