Situated beside the Railway Station. OK for 1day stay. Though convenient to reach, but being in middle of busy area, can be noisy at times. Check-in area was busy during peak hours. Buffet options for Breakfast and Dinner were not so exciting and need to be managed better.Bedding etc was OK. Should have placed Kettle for tea / coffee service in the room itself. Refrigerator was on "request" which seems strange. Bathrooms were too small.

Good location and nice rooms.

The location is perfect for those travelling by train as the hotel is within the station campus. Plenty of conveyance is available outside the hotel. Hotel restaurant is good while several other food joints are located across the road. Staff is courteous and rooms are good and clean.

Sto på nøkkelkortet at det måtte leveres i resepsjonen hvis man ønsket rengjøring. Dette stemmer ikke. Det er daglig renhold uansett nøkkel. Veldig stille om natta, selv om det ligger rett ved togstasjonen. Flott betjening.

hotel novo e vizinho a estação de trem

Escolhi o hotel pois precisava dormir uma noite em Haridwar porque meu trem ia sair muito cedo e ele fica ao lado da estação de trem, o que facilitou muito para nós. Apesar de novo e com um lobby interessante, os corredores do quarto estão precisando de uma manutenção, pois estão com infiltração. No mais o hotel é muito bom.

Good hotel but rubbish wifi

This hotel is conveniently located next to the railway station and bus station. The hotel was clean and tidy though some work is required internally. The restaurant staff were very friendly and willing to serve with a smile. However i cant say the same about the reception staff. They need to attend a customer care course. The bell boy however very nice, friendly and helpful. My biggest problem here was the wifi. I could hardly get it here. The reception staff were totally unhelpful.

Location!!

Good hotel in a convenient location. However, be prepared for a lot of noise, especially is your room heads to the main road. But being so close to the train and bus stations is a clear advantage. Staff was nice, room was ok. Wifi worked erratically.
