The Harpswell House-Waterfront, SunRise, Big Yards, Classic & Luxury

There are two buildings and 3 living space in the property, we have the main house, the in-law unit and then the bunk house. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths with attached 2-door garage, above the garage, we have a 1-bedroom 1 bathroom in-law unit(the one with green kitchen). The bunk house has 1 dinning room, 1 living room and 2 bedroom, no bathroom, (under album "living room2"-"dinning room2"-"bedroom 4", and bedroom5" , in the album"backyard", you can see the bunkhouse. We are working on getting permits to put a half bath in the bunk house, finish sometime in 2026.

Total 2 king beds, 2 queen beds and 7 twin beds.

We renovated the main house in 2024 fall, finishing the in-law unit in March 2025, everything is brand new. The bunk house is truly antique itself, it was built 1795, it is one of the oldest house in Harpswell that is still well maintained, it has the charm that new houses don't have. Take a look at the floor in the living room, the patten is carefully designed, it's a piece of art itself.

Come and enjoy the peace this 1.6Acre waterfront house provides, you can see the ducks swimming in the bay, see the goose walking across the lawn, see a fox pass by at the back, see turtle crossing the path, deer feeding in the lawn, and of course fish jumping off the water, sea gulls, eagles on the sky, butterflies flying by your elbow.

Step your toes in the water, feel the salty air, watch beautiful sun rise on the deck with a cup of fresh brewed coffee. This is The Harpswell House for peace & love!

Both house are heated/AC, the main house is built in 2004, it is a new house built like old. We renovated the interior 2024 fall, everything is brand new inside, and we make it feel a little modern, luxury and yet very classic. The guest house is truly antique itself, it was built 1795, it is one of the oldest house in Harpswell that is still maintained, it has the charm that new houses don't have. Take a look at the floor in the living room, the patten is carefully designed, it's a piece of art itself.
