I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it was lovely. This time there seemed to be some cleanliness issues, there were short black hairs all over the tub and the bathroom counter. The walls are really thin as well, we could hear the people in the room next to us the entire night while we were trying to sleep.

Room 107 had bed bugs . At first sight the property appeared clean but woke up to bed bugs at 6 am. We were refunded our money but of course a short nights sleep and now days later with welts. So mad that this happened especially when the reviews appeared great.

Wedding - came with my sisters - nice rooms and very quiet. Hotel is not near any stores so an inhouse canteen would be nice and profitable for you guys.

The room was very clean, had lots of room and the beds were comfortable. It was located in a nice quiet area. The elevator was broken and the bathroom was out of shampoo but other than that everything was great.

Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. However, the elevator was broken the entire time we were there, and apparently they’ve had lots of issues with it. And our room was set for the 3rd floor with no option to switch to the first floor since the hotel was full. We didn’t know in advance and we had a lot of heavy luggage to carry up and down the non-air conditioned stairwells. Apparently they’ve had a lot of issues with the elevator in the past.

Disappointed Despite a Warm Welcome

We stayed here for a family trip and were initially hopeful—the front desk lady was kind and welcoming, and the beds were fairly comfortable. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t meet expectations. Our room had a strong mildew smell, and the bathroom floor had hair and small black bugs in the corners. It was clear the room hadn’t been vacuumed properly, and the headboard was noticeably dirty. To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service, so we had to climb to the third floor with three kids and all our luggage. That was exhausting. The pool was also closed, even though the weather was hot—something we were really looking forward to. Overall, while the staff showed kindness, the lack of cleanliness and broken amenities made our stay frustrating and uncomfortable.
