There is no office at this property, you check in across the parking lot at the quality in. The towels were VERY stained and even though we had booked a nonsmoking room I was put in a smoking room and it smelled like an ashtray!!

I didn’t stay. After seeing 2 of the rooms and noticing how terrible they smelled and how dirty they were I never checked in. The hotel showed a 7.4 on the Expedia site but that hotel should not have even been a zero. I will dispute the “no show” charge if it appears on my credit card bill.
