TV issues. First room didn’t have a remote control. Switched rooms. And an hour into our intense movie, our movie glitched in the last 10 minutes-the best part. No resolution. Left hanging. The tv service never returned to operable. Watched on our phones the last two hours. 😡

Great value for money in a 2-star hotel. We pulled in at 1:30 am. The night clerk who checked us in was friendly and courteous despite the hour. Place was clean as a whistle. Convenient location right off I-81, but we didn't hear any highway noise in our room.

Upon check in, the staff member at the desk was pleasant, but smelled horribly of body odor. The hallways and elevators also had a bad odor, it was worse on the 3rs floor where our room was located. When entering our room, the floors around the edges of the kitchen had crumbs and dirt, trash under the bed and chair. The toilet wobbled when sat on. The windows were filthy. I wasn't happy, but the room was paid for and non-refundable. The final straw was on our second night, while getting ready to leave for dinner, a cockroach was crawling up the wall of the kitchen area and in behind the microwave. I alerted the front desk and they suggested we speak with the manager in the morning, which we did. We are supposed to be getting some type of discount refunded to us, but haven't seen anything yet. If you don't mind affordable and grody, this is the place for you. I will not be staying here again.

Nice hotel. Would have like a free breakfast. Our room had a loud refrigerator. There was no stopper in the tub- which is getting common. We stayed 4 nights, but housekeeping is once a week and we never got that. Good value. We were at the Hershey car show. The Manada Hill Diner is fairly close and offers great food.

Missing light bulbs in the only lamp in sitting area. No lights in kitchen area and dim lights in the bathroom. Overall the room needs more lighting. Beds were old held up with pieces of wood under each leg.

Everything was fine till i got a shower. There was mold all over the shower. My wife is allergic to mold. When i told them at the front desk about it they only gave me 20% discount. It should have been a night free. Shouldn't get a room that is dirty.
