Hotel was clean, even lobby which given all the sniw and ice was impressive. Pool and jacuzzi were nice, no strong odors. Breakfast a little lacking and eggs were cold but all in all a very nice stay

Front desk customer service was absolutely horrible. Had some issues with them holding a 50 deposit what makes no sense terrible we will not ever stay at the hotel ever again . Need to front desk customer service nicer people or some training

Staff was friendly and very welcoming. I mostly booked this hotel because it was pet friendly but I would stop again. Rooms are clean and the diner next door is great for a guy after 8 or 9 hours on the road.
