We had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel is lovely and conveniently located just a short walk from the town centre. Our room was beautifully furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only slight downside was a bit of noise from the road, but it didn’t spoil our stay. Overall, a great experience and we would happily return.

Excellent efficient check in, all staff very friendly and polite. However, our room was right above the Bar which was very noisy and music really loud till well after midnight, right on a main road which is busy throughout the night also and with no double glazing was extremely noisy. We stayed 2 nights and never had our room serviced. We return on Friday to shower and change for dinner and the room had not been cleaned, when we went to reception asking for tea supplies & mentioned this we were asked if we wanted to be added to the list to request it to be done? Sorry, I thought this was an automatic thing and not that we needed to be requested. if anyone is thinking of staying it is a lovely hotel and good location for access to everything but I would recommend requesting a room on the back and not above the bar!!

Wonderful hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Perfectly located in the heart of 'old Harrogate'. The dining room and bar have a beautiful feel of Victorian grandeur and the food served was absolutely fantastic.
