Room was clean, no bath towel for the floor, lousy parking…events there entire stay took the spots, GM made me feel like a jerk for asking about additional parking and proceeded to put my name on a parking cone in a spot, all she had to do was just answer my question as to wether there was additional parking somewhere else that I didn’t have to pay for, and code you have to pay for, cause it’s Starbucks? Terrible. Won’t be back

Check-in was a breeze thanks to the online process, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I ordered room service from Time Out Sports and Pizza Bar delivery was fast, and the food was surprisingly good. I also had breakfast the next morning. There were a few minor hiccups, but overall the food and service were solid. The hotel was very quiet, which made it easy to relax. I didn’t hear any hallway or neighboring room noise, which was a big plus. The view from the room was nice, and the bed was extremely comfortable tons of pillows and a great mattress made for a restful night. Would definitely stay again for a relaxing local getaway!

Well I have never been asked to tip the housecleaning staff directly. Even thought I did not have them enter my room, I was disappointed that there was not enough tissues or shower gel in the room for the length of my stay.
