My husband and I got married nearby the hotel on 3/15/25. We stayed at this hotel as newlyweds with our dog (ring bearer) Shakespeare. We've traveled and have stayed at multiple hotels over the years... this is BY FAR the best hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff was unbelievably friendly. Seriously. Very accommodating, clean and just wonderful. Bartenders Brihana and Jessica were just lovely and very sweet. EXCELLENT help and accommodations by Joshua especially. Alongside literally ALL front desk staff - at all hours. We ended up booking for 2 more nights for a total of 5 days instead of 3. This hotel and staff became family and we WILL be returning. I enjoyed my stay of several nights at this hotel. It is conveniently located between the airport and Hartford, near the freeway. The rooms have a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. A grocery store is nearby. My room was very quiet, which was much appreciated, except for one late night when a neighboring room began to blast a music sound system. I called the front desk and it was promptly taken care of, although it took several attempts by the front desk clerk. He did not give up to stop the disruptive noise. I was offered a buffet breakfast voucher the next morning with an apology. Every front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, especially Jermaine who dealt with the noise maker. Justin in the restaurant area was friendly and helpful too, along with every staff member I interacted with during my stay. When getting ready to head to the airport I was told that the shuttle driver was not available, so the hotel paid for a Lyft, which was fantastic and much appreciated. Although the facilities look a little worn in some places, the building and grounds are well cared for and the price was reasonable. I would stay here again.

Sink was slow to drain, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, my husband had to fix. Food was horrible, charged for a bottle of water! And in addition, this is a review of Expedia. My room should have had a walk in shower, that was what was shown. Shuttle from airport was free, but they took the long way back to hotel (got there an hour after landing) to pick up employee. Was supposed to be 10 minutes from airport. There were other hotels MUCH closer. No phone # to contact Hilton directly. I’m Hilton honors member, but never uses my points. What is Hilton honors for anyway. I’ll probably try to get an actual phone# of hotels going forward and deal directly with them as opposed to Expedia, but also this was not the first “not fabulous” experience with Hilton and I likely will try another hotel in future. Disappointing.

Upon arrival, i was greeted nicely and check in was fast. The room was super clean, smelled amazing when we got it. Shower is very clean, lots of towels. The bed is comfortable and the view from the room was amazing. Me and my husband enjoyed our escape lol. Lots of things to do around
