Very efficient and quick check in. Room was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable. Was able to unplug bathroom light so that it could be very dark for sleeping. Temperature stayed steady. Great shuttle driver to the airport.

The visit was marred by the fact my suite was not available. I fear mine was ok and you gave it to a "preferred customer" who had the room that was now damaged. It left a very sour taste in my mouth. Also since I paid through Expedia, I still paid the full amount.
